GE Refrigerator Freezer warm. Hello,I noticed water on the bottom of the refrigerator last week

Hello,I noticed water on the bottom of the refrigerator last week and also noticed that the freezer though cold is not freezing food like ice creams etc.I used baking soda and warm water through the outlet and that seems to have solved the leaking issue. There is now very little frost along the back wall. However, the freezer still is warm. Moving the setting to 8 or 9 does not help. The ice maker works fine though.Any suggestions to look for would be great.TIA.
