GE Refrigerator PSS26SGPASS Will Not Dispense Ice...

Question

Unit would intermittently dispense ice and water, but nowwill not dispense either. Ice maker is working fine---this is just adispensing issue. No lights are illuminated on the display unit. Refrigerator and freezer working fine otherwise. There is 13.5 VDC coming offthe red and black wires associated with the "Board Assembly MainControl" GE part number WR55X10552. However, only 1.2 VDC appears at the 6pin connector on the red and black wires (power and common) on the display unitWR55X10298. I trust 13.5 VDC should also be present there. I havejust the replaced the latter with no change in symptoms. Regardless it needed tobe changed out because front panel was cracking in front of water switchand ice switch after just 3 years or so.Any help or insight that you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
