GE Refrigerators - Water dispenser not working ? I

I have the same problem that has been perhaps posted on your site before : Generic problem for all GE Refrigerators - Water dispenser not working ? I have replaced the water filter inside and checked the water comnection to the pipeline - all are great ! Even the ice maker is just fine. But the water dispenser is just not letting out even a drop of water !What do I do ??
