My freezer is fine (ice is frozen) but the refrigerator is not cold as it should be (milk is clumpy) I've already vacuumed all dust and looked behind the panel inside at the top. I found that the refrigerator either has no fan or the fan is not working. The only cold air is coming from the freezer side, through the channel. Do I need to remove the entire panel to find a bad fan behind it? What should I be doing to fix this? Thank you.
