GE TV Model 35GT695 - Problem Turning TV ON

Question

Last couple of weeks, the TV will not turn on. After pushing the ON button, sometimes couple of hours later, the TV turns on by itself. Once ON, it will continue working until I turn it off. The next day, I have the same turn ON problem!

Any ideas to what is wrong and how to fix the problem?

(This is a GE TV model 35GT695)
