Hi, thank you for responding to my post so promptly! The make is General Electric and the model number showing on the back is 31GT660. The back of the tv has the following buttons: (Polarity - +) (Strength off, low, high) Picture Tilt / and S-Video. There is also the following number: 31GT660YX3. Again, the television is too dark and shadowy. I've already tried to adjust all color options and other options available.
