GE Wall Oven - No heat (broil or bake)

Question

GE Model: JKP86SH5SS Electric that 'has' main circuit power (clocks work, the upper Microwave functions fine)... neither the bake nor broil 'element' heat up. The Fan comes on when you select a 'bake' setting but never any heat. We have not done a 'cleaning cycle' - unit has never been baked above 475 deg. No codes showing on LED. Ouch.. thanks for any help!
