GE free standing 3200 Dishwasher MD607108A

Question

We just came back from vacation and tried to run our dishwasher. We turned it on and all we can hear is a low hum. My husband kinda played with it and it will intake water. Actually the bottom tub is full of water now. Our manual suggested that it is due to lack of use??? We were only gone a week. Also we read something about the garbage disposal being clogged but the manual does not tell us where that is?Any help you could offer would be great.Thank you,[e-mail]
