GE microwave replacement magnetron

I ordered a new magnetron from GE, part no. WB27X10370, for a GE JVM1850 microwave oven. They sent a replacement, part no. WB27X10017, as they do not make the original magnetron any longer. The old magnetron had 2 electric plug recepticles. The new one has one. Could you please tell me what is to be done with the 2 wires that went to the top plug that does not exsist on the new magnetron?
