GE refer Model #TCS18PADBLBS Bottom freezer

Question

Noisy fan in the freezer compartment. Pull the refer out, unplugged it and cleaned all the dust possible on the fan and "grates". Looked nice when done. Still had that "bad fan" noise as the freezer cycled about every 5 minutes. I can find that fan without tearing everything apart.I left the door open to long looking for that fan and now the frig (compressor?) has shut itself down. Two questions 1. will the compressor reset itself and start working again? 2. where is that freezer fan?Thanks for your helped
