GE refrigerator Model no TFG27PFX

Question

I have a GE fridge and have lost my manual. There is a water leak and the freezer isn't freezing the food as well as it usually does. It has a diagnostic panel which is flashing CE and I would like to know what this means. Could anyone also let me know what the other letters mean as well. I know that PF means 'power failure'.
