I have been trying to solve this problem for weeks. What starts the defrost cylce on the fridge? Is it simply a timed event that is adjusted by door openings etc. Heater is good, thermistor tests good, high level thermostat shows continuity. Presently, I have a peak reading meter across the output of the relay on the main board and its been two days and I am yet to see that the defrost has been called for. How often should it defrost in the worst case? I'c concluding either the logic is fried or the relay contact is burned.
