GE side by side refrigerator. Water won't come out of dispenser. Switch works and turns on water

Question

Water won't come out of dispenser. Switch works and turns on water supply when called for. I have the watering coming out of the hose at the bottom of the freezer side of the door. Are there any devices in line in the door before the water outlet? Could the line be frozen? Thanks for the help.
