Question:

GENTLEMEN, DO ANY OF YOU Feel Brainwashed By Radical Feminism's MOVIES?

I watched this movie about seven years ago when I was 19. It was one of the last movies I saw in the theatre. The movie's preeminence was not realized by me at that time, perhaps because feminism was just beginning to pervade television and also because it is probably only a good film when scrutinized under normal conditions.

The clip is in french but this is a minor detail. The film has NO WOMEN characters save a minor role that lasts about a minute. The soundtrack is one of the major reasons this movie is great. Parts to note:

*2:20 to 2:40. In particular, note the way the director has chosen to zoom in on 'Ironclad Security', a rather impervious sounding nomenclature. The computer worker's reaction is perfectly timed with the musical score's climax. And of course DeNiro provides an excellent contrast by being consummately equanimious during a crisis.

*4:35 to 4:55: The time synchronization and safe breaking.

  1. Anatol Kuragin - are you recycling your questions - not very original, isn't it?

  2. Radical feminists don't make movies , directors do.

  3. I'm having trouble figuring out exactly what your point is. What movies espouse "radical feminism" and how do they brainwash? What does this particular DeNiro/Norton movie, and its lack of women characters, have to do with any of that?

  4. How many times have you asked this question? We get it.

  5. yes

  6. Nah.  Movies don't brainwash me.

  7. nope not ever i love just watching movie about any thing

  8. dude, i don't know about brainwashed into feminism, and i dont watch movies. but masculinity in general is a dying thing in this country. may be its cause i live in california, but g*y pride and g*y acceptance is constantly crammed down our throats, even by local government. and yes, i think feminism is also being injected into day to day life.  i have to act even more manly, just to make up for all the "dudes" around me who are lacking

  9. uh..NOPE!....can't be  brainwashed by what you DON'T watch!

  10. lol isnt the very essence of such a vile thing as brainwashing dependant on the person not being aware that they are?

No thats not a grammatical mistake.

  11.      Movies and television are ideal brainwashing media.

They can make totally unrealistic behaviours look entirely reasonable and right.  If people are constantly subjected to a certain bias, they WILL come to accept it - that is the basic method of brainwashing. There are books about this- look under "cults" or "deprogramming".

The media in general present us with a distorted veiw of our society, which makes people feel like they're not "with it" if they don't accept the various perverse idealogies presented - like feminism's unrealistic expectation of women, or the acceptability of  blatant homosexuality (as disturbing as hearing about someones blatant heterosexuality), or superficial values....

  12. Movies are supposed to be entertainment.  If you don't support the screenwriter's and director's views during the movie, get up and walk out.  No one forces you to watch anything.

As for the movie The Score, I saw it and I thought it was a good movie.  Highly entertaining...

  13. no i dont feel brainwashed. and if i was, i wouldnt feel it anyway cuz my brain would already be taken over.

  14. ANATOL DARLING! My main squeeze! How are you doing hot stuff?

I've missed you and your *insightful* posts.

Please tell me you've been battling those nasty fems and b*tch slapping them hoes. Nothing could make me happier.
