  1. Gramatically it's correct, though you would spell the word "nachher". It sounds a little like slang/dialect to me, though (that might just be me, though. We always say "nachher" where I come from and got scolded for it at school, so...)

    I'd probably say/ write: "Wir sind zur Apotheke gegangen, und danach sind wir nach Hause gegangen." or, to do it like a true German: "Wir waren in der Apotheke, und danach sind wir heim.", which is by far not as elegantly frased as your sentence. ;))

  2. The missing c in "nachher" aside it's correct.

    But a native speaker wouldn't put it like that.

    More like: "Wir waren (zu/erst) in der Apotheke.

    Danach/Hinterher sind wir nach Hause (gegangen).
