Hi im 15 and about 6ft 1 or 2. I row and really need to get more muscle in my legs for optimum performance. Ive tried almost everything to build up my calves and quads but nothing works for me. Please help me with this. Iknow nothing works instantly and will be patient if someone could give me a few excercises and diet tips to be in shape for the nationals next year. I have a bigger upper body so i look sorta out of proportion. I think it my be in the genes... Thanks
