  1. Ok! I'm a p*****n and I had acne. First, find what works for you, either Benzol Peroxid, or Saylaic Acid,(I use Saylaic Acid and I use Stridex). Then when your find what works best star a routine. Then start drinking lots of water. I drink a big Taco Bell cup every night and sometimes I drink 2. After a few days you will get sick of drinking soooo much water but keep doing it, and you will see some results after 2 days!

  2. try obagi nu-derm foaming gel. my dermatologist recommened it for me to use and i probaly have the same mild acne that you have. its really light and its working really well. to me i think its better than all  the over the counter products i've used.

    good luck=)

    hope this helped!!!

  3. garnier for acne spot treatment. it has active zinc which will prevent inflammation and redness. for the blackheads use scrub the area everyday with warming scrub like the one from clearsil or neutrogena. i use clearsil. quite good.

  4. i use the neutrogena acne stress control stuff, not the regular kind and it works pretty good, and i think its clearisil but not sure? steam shower facial and it works very good too, also i bought this thing at a store, its for popping  zits and blackheads so you dont inflame them more and make them worse, and when i use it  it makes the white heads heal faster and not scab from popping, and it makes black heads go away instantly. so that way if you do get them you can make them go away faster

  5. The best thing I did for my acne was to stop eating beef, butter, ice cream and whole milk, and cheese.  If i eat cheese, i will wake up with pimples.  it seems like some people are not good at handling saturated fat.  I have heard that foods that are very high in sugar can cause problems too, so try to eat a lighter diet with veggies and lean meat, fish, and tea/iced tea.  it really helps

in terms of products, they are all pretty much the same.  the neutrogena acne wash works good, but only when you use the pads after you wash your face and then apply there benzoyl peroxide at night.  For day, I moisturize with aloe vera gel from fruit of the earth and use eye cream, so my skin is not too dry.  also, you can use that blemish-be-gone treatment.  it is like a mask you put it on pimples or heavy acne areas overnight and it dries them out by morning, but it leaves your skin dry,, so you can't use it everyday.

i used antibiotics and the acne came back when i stopped.  what really worked was cutting out those heavy fats.  i still eat chocolate, nuts, and meat, just no heavy fats.

in terms of products, i like the neutrogena wash +pads + tinted benzoyl peroxide treatment.  it really cleared my skin up.  the proactiv was too strong  and other products (oxy, clearasil) just were too sticky or greasy and couldn't get rid of the pimples, but the neutrogena really does dry up the zits.  if you don't like there 2.5% formula, try a 10% formula like thames or one of those no-name drug store brands.  those work fast , too.

good luck.  i know how stressful having acne can be.

  6. um, i guess it kinda depends on ur skin, but clearasil ultra worked for me, but u have 2 make sure u apply it 3 times a day for 3 days, but it only makes new pimples less noticable, but it gets rid of old 1's. hope i helped =)
