GH: Why does Spinelli refuse to believe Jason?

Question

I don't get it. The kid idolizes Jason but then turns around and basically accuses him of lying about sleeping with Sasha. I love Spinelli but I am confused and annoyed by that.

Maybe he is just having delusions with all the pain and drugs he is on right now. He should know that Jason is in love with Liz and isnt going to just sleep with random S****y women!

because the plot is getting thin and tired.  Maybe Spinelli should try those meds to mellow out his Aspberger's Syndrome after all!

I think he knows that Jason is having a hard time with Michael's accident.  He walked in on Jason and Sasha having a conversation that wasn't supposed to happen, and who wouldn't think he was sleeping with her.  Spinelli knows that Jason cares about Liz and he's having a hard time letting go of her, and Spinelli thinks that Sasha is being used just so Jason can get over Liz.  I love Spinelli too, and I'm also kinda confused with it too.  But keep in mind he probably thinks that Jason is doing what Spinelli and Maxie did a few weeks ago.

to drag out the storyline.... makes the show go by and that helps "time the really big story" for when they want it to air... it is sometimes "filler"

I think they are setting us up for this disorder that Dr Hunter was hinting about  that makes him so different socially or some kind of brain tumor...whatever it is hope don't change my beautiful spinelli
