GI JOE 25th Anniversary Figures - Waves - How do you know??

Question

I'm sure everyone but me knows this but .. how do you know which "wave" action figures (or other toys) are from?? Example: GI Joe 25th Anniversary Flint - Wave 1 ... and then another one might be Wave 8.... how do you tell the difference? By what he's wearing?? But then still how do I know which wave he's from..? Pardon my blonde moment.

Yojoe.com is the site to check for info on Joes.

The wave 1 Flint has a black shirt and is colored like the classic GIJoe Flint.  The Wave 8 one has a tiger stripe pattern on his clothing since he is in the Tiger Force team.

That was my source on which ones ar released.  They don't have an accurate list but its pretty close.  Look at the indiviual figures.  As you scroll down, the newer releases are shown.  For example the new Duke with the jump pack just got released.
