GIBSON EPOCH guitar help/feedback

Question

i have had my gibson epoch guitar for almost 2 years and more and more i have realized that it sounds like c**p. you can't palm mute worth $hit. it almost sounds like an amplified acoustic guitar. is that just me or does anyone else think this?

it is probably the pickups. they are not good quality. some of these cheaper guitars are just like that.
