GILGAMESH???? HERO OR NOT?

in the gilgamesh epic poem, would Gilgamesh be considered a hero as a modern point of view?

Well every religious figure is based off of him. All most every story in the bible came from Gilgamesh. Same with the Jewess old testaments. They just took out his name, and put the name of whoever the story was about in. To me he is the original hero of all story's.
