  1. switch ur sleeping habbit the way i do. wait for thesecond last day of summer. stay up all night and through the day. then youll be dead tired and put out around 8:30. youll wake up around 6.30 get ready 4 school

  2. Anxiety! Can you smoke marijuana! Very good for anxiety! Try Valerian root from your local health food store. Suffered for years and these work! Meditation works if used systematically!

  3. pray it eases anxiety. and dont drink caffeine.

  4. You need to try and do some kind of physical activity every day.  If you don't play sports in school, I strongly suggest after doing your homework when you get home to go for a very very brisk walk or jog.  Start off with doing a mile, then two , then three.  It should take about 45 min to hour to do 3 miles.  Not only will you feel really good about yourself, but your grades will be better and you will sleep much better.  Also when you have all of these thoughts going on, get some paper and make a list or write down whatever is on your mind.  You should sleep much better like that.  Also depending on how old you are, you can get some tea called sleepy time tea by celestial seasonings in your grocery store.  You probably won't like the taste of it but I'm telling you it works great.  I drank this when I was pregnant and having trouble sleeping.  Also take a warm bath at night and smear yourself with lotion with lavender in it.  It will totally relax you and help you sleep better.  Bath and Body Works has some good body lotions and linen sprays for your pillows with lavender.

  5. I'm guessing you are under 18. Sleep medicine is not really recommended for children and teens. It's easier to get addicted to. Don't get med's that are bad for you. I take this thing called "melatonin". It's a natural hormone in your body that makes you tired. There are pills that contain melatonin. That's totally natural, can't hurt you a bit. And if you take it in moderation (not a lot, just when you need it) and don't make a habit of using it, it will help your body get into a habit of producing melatonin on its own.

Good luck and sleep well! :D

  6. l think you have mental disorder. Go and get help before it too late.

  7. get sleeping pills

  8. sleeping pills suck!!! it sounds like you need to exzaust yourself, myself I used to go running if I couldent sleep, or I would get on the floor (if it was ater dark, or to cold to run) and do as many sit up's and push up's as I could then lay back down, I always fell right to sleep

  9. You know, this may be a big leap, but it's possible you might have OCD. It's called Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I have it, i was diagnosed over obsessive thinking.

what would happen is i would go to bed bc it's late, but i can't fall asleep because i think about everything too much in exact detail, which leads to something else, which leads to something i should be doing other than sleeping, etc.

It's definantly a possibility. Look it up :)

  10. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, including weekends, even if you didn't get enough sleep. This will help train your body to sleep at night.

Develop a bedtime routine. Do the same thing every night before going to sleep. For example, take a warm bath and then read for 10 minutes every night before going to bed. Soon you'll connect these activities with sleeping, and doing them will help make you sleepy.

Use the bedroom only for sleeping Don't eat, talk on the phone or watch TV while you're in bed.

Make sure your bedroom is quiet and dark. If noise is a problem, use a fan to mask the noise or use ear plugs. If you must sleep during the day, hang dark blinds over the windows or wear an eye mask.

If you're still awake after trying to fall asleep for 30 minutes, get up and go to another room. Sit quietly for about 20 minutes before going back to bed. Do this as many times as you need to until you can fall asleep.

  11. omggg this is happening to me too!//but usually i jsut forget about everything until morning i think of happy things that happened throughtout the day like being wit my guy friend

  12. You can buy some melatonin. It's what your brain naturally produces for sleep at night anyway. It's an OTC pill and you can find it at any drug store. This way you don't rely on actual sleeping pills that can keep you feeling groggy. Also try going to sleep a half hour earlier each night to get your body tired more quickly.Get off  the computer too,it's a stimulant for the brain.

  13. if ur old enough, some people drink a glass of wine before they go to sleep.  it gets them a little more tired and its easier to fall asleep.  plus drinking a glass of wine a day is healthy.  as long as u just drink one glass.
