  1. i had mine during school and it was no big deal just make sure you have pads in your backpack just in case you or a friend every needs one.

    Signs are:

Discharge which is like white stuff. like you'll think your peeing yourself and you'll be  like what the heck is wrong with me, so discharge kinda sux

Tired- you'll be tired and have mood swings

Cramps- you'll have cramps lower in then your belly button

hope this helps and dont worry you'll be fine

  2. Clues that you’re close to starting your period include developing b*****s, growing pubic hair and experiencing a white or yellowish vaginal discharge. Girls these days are maturing earlier than ever but it’s still worth asking your mum when she started as you’re likely to get your first period at a similar age.

Don’t panic about which period protection you should use. Many girls start off using pads. Your first period will probably be fairly light. It’s also a good idea keep a pad or two hidden in your bag or school locker – so won’t be caught by surprise if your period arrives early.

  3. i didn't have any.

i started during the night and didn't know what it was and i went to school and when i got home that's when i realized.

you might have some stomach cramping.

    or spotting.

    but that's about it.

  4. uh.. i like start to get like really hungry and like b*tchy..

  5. i started way before you did heck i wasn't in middle school but anyways when i got my first menstruation i was at home in the restroom doing my business then i got up i saw blood mixed in with the pee so... i was crying and told my mom so yeah i didn't have any clues but it's like painful cramps, back pain, and spotting! hope this helps but keep pads, panty liners in hand just in case!! that's what i do haha

  6. You'll get brown discharge, or at least that's what it looks like. Period is not a bad word, btw.

  7. yea............ you might start to get cramps, back pain, cravings, and discharge will begin

  8. cramps

  9. You can start charting yourself on a calender at home.  Mark the days you have your period and then count 28 days from the last day you have it and can sorta be prepared then.  I know I get cramps about a two weeks before I actually start it (ovulation) and bloat up a few days before as well.

  10. I get lower back pain & bad cramps

  11. You're not alone hun :)

Usually, I can 'tell' - I get a feeling and I just know. I get really bad period pains and the night before I start, the tummy ache comes back and I'm like, "Oh Christ, here we go again!"

When you think you might start, wear a pad or a pant liner - no fuss, no muss. Keep track, you get your period for about a week (give or take a few days) so next time you start, mark every day in a calender until you stop. When the next month comes around, it should be on those days.

    :)

  12. Well when i started noticing that  i was getting a lot of jelly-like, clear-coloured discharge, I sort of knew I was going to get mny period soon. And soon enough, in about two months, i started.

  13. You will probably have a few days of light brown spotting. You most likely won't get it heavy enough to have it leak and cause an embarassing stain. If you are worried then buy a pack of pantyliners at the store...they are like $1.00...and wear them in your underwear.

  14. cramps

    headache

    dizzy

    blooded

    gain in weight

First thing first your parents know your going to start sometime. It should not be that embarrassing to tell your mom because I mean she has your own. What I did when I thought I was going to start I just brought around a pad. You even can talk to your dad if you want to. I would not worry about that, even some people start at 16. 15. Nope but sometimes if i feel discomphort or a bit of cramping i put one in incase staines aren't that imbarassing it happens all teh time and also to your mum just put them in cold water in the sink.

I don't no but i get discharge all the time sept when i am on my period, so that doesn't help me.

N my period just starts no like brown spots before!

    hope i helped

    x

  16. just bring panty liners and pads just in case. and hon, period is not a swear word!

  17. well..discharge begins

  18. Sometimes I start feeling sharp pains in my stomach a few days before my period starts. When that happens, I usually try to drink lots of water so I won't get too constipated or develop really bad cramps during my period.

My periods usually begin with a slight pink or brown discharge as well. I really think you should at least talk to your mom about your feelings, since she had to deal with the same issues when she was in your age range and should be able to help you work through those issues. My mom did a great job of helping me get ready for my first period at the age of 12.
