  1. As long as you are eating a healthy vegetarian diet (lots of fruit and veggies, whole grains, beans and legumes, and not much junk food), it's probably not your diet that's causing it.  It sounds like you might be a bit underweight, so that might have something to do with it.  It's also normal for women's periods to be irregular or strange for the first few years after they start.

  2. Your diet has a definate impact on your period. I think your problem is your weight though. You seem pretty tall to only weigh 105lbs. Usually, once you reach a certain weight at a certain age, you get your period and, while you are at that age, you aren't at that weight. My sister became a vegetarian and her periods stayed the same with no change what so ever. If your period is light, it could mean that you are taking in less sugars and such, which is explained by your becoming a vegetarian. Maybe your period is just readjusting itself. You seem pretty young and when I got my period a few years ago, it did that. I also seemed to skip my periods and I only seemed to get my period every few months instead of weeks.

  3. not a vegetarian but diet changes and stress and be major factors in the menstal cycle. your body has to adapt to the change..

  4. Ok ok first of all, you ... are ... only .. 14. Don't be surprised if your period acts weird. I'm only 13 but my period is messed up; it starts late, lasts forever, comes back really fast, and it's not supposed to be a problem.  Don't freak out because it's light and you don't feel pain.

Also, eat more sugar and salt. Drink water to wash it all out. Bread, smoothies, and BEANS. Eat them to get more protean. It will help your body control itself, and better periods.

  5. dont worry about it its probably to do with your diet

one of my freinds had started her periods and then it stopped around the smae time that she had a diet change but when she started to eat normally agin her periods came back again

dont worry to much but just to reassure you visit your local gp or ask you r mum and freinds

    hope i helped :D x

  6. This iz normal its ok there iz a first time for every thing!
