GIRLS ONLY: What makes you attracted to a guy?

Question

I used to be kinda fat, short, and with a bad haircut. But I had two girlfriends during that era. Now I'm taller, I have bigger arm muscles, and *better* hair. Maybe. I'm a Freshman at a southern boarding school, whereas I lived in Illinois during the short and fat part of my life.

I'm really attracted to this cute girl, and I'm not sure if she likes me. She laughs when I make jokes, and sometimes she stares at me for a bit afterwards. However, I'm not sure if I'm misinterpreting this or not. I'd like to ask her out on a date, but she's a day student, and I'm a boarder, so I'm not sure how that would work.

I'm funny, I'm lighthearted, I *appear to be* athletic, and I'm smart.

If it would help, I skipped a grade, (I'm 13) but I'm taller than all of the freshmen and most sophomores, so nobody suspects.

Someone with a good personality..meaning as you said. Someone that's not to cocky about themselves and honest. I think she may like you...

It seems as through she is interested. :) Especially if she is laughing and staring a bit. Ask her to do something really casual at first. Maybe getting a coffee or ice cream.

It shouldn't matter if you are boarding and she isn't.

Go ahead ask her out.  MOst of the time, all it take for a girl to say yes, is if the guy is cute (sounds like u r) and the  fact tht the guy likes her....so go for it!  Take a risk for love!! lol
