most younger girls would not b/c they are obsessed with "abercrombie" and hollister......but im 22 and i love the high fashion trends and i love high waisted skirts and jeans and dress pants.....i hate these in the link tho......i like wide led high waisted things and wear them with bow tie blouses which are in this year for fall.......pair with high heels

No way. High waisted pants like that died in the 70s. If it ever comes back I don't know that I'll wear them even if they're in style.
