GLASSES or CONTACTS ()?

Question

I'm getting my eyes checked, because at my physical I failed the sight test terribly even though I tried really hard to do it correctly (eek) and I have to get my eyes checked. If I fail, I don't know if I would look cuter in a pair of cute little frames or get contacts and make my blue eyes stand out. I'm not putting a picture up for privacy reasons. What should I choose, I mean what do you suggest?

I'd say both, if you get contacts you'll need glasses anyway...

i've had glasses for 6 years. they're nice, but they annoy me cause they get dirty easily. but i think the right frames can really make someone look good. i would like to try contacts but dont know if i could do it cause it seems like a lot of work. but with contacts, u'll look the same as u do now. i would suggest starting out with glasses and then trying out contacts

You should definitely start out with glasses, and then transition onto contacts.

If you play sports, I suggest getting contacts along with glasses at the same time.

Glasses give you a headache for a few minutes when you first start wearing them, but you gradually get used to it after a few days, a week at most.

Contacts are like glasses. except when you wear them, you can see up, down, and on your sides as opposed to the limited vision that glasses give you.

Also, glasses get dirty.

As I said before, you should get glasses, and then contacts for a change if you ever feel like wearing them)

(But a bit of advice, get both glasses and contacts)

First off, it is better to start with glasses. Once you are comfortable with them, go ahead and try contact lenses. I know they don't work for some, but they worked for me. And always remember to have a back up pair of glasses in case something goes wrong with contacts.

Glasses can be ugly but are much safer for ur eyes as contacts are cooler and can keep you looking like u do already but if put in wrong even 1 time they can s***w up ur eyesight pretty badly

I personally have both.  You are going to need glasses no matter what, you can't wear your contacts 24/7/365.  Your eyes will need a rest once in a while.  Go for the glasses first and then shop around for contacts.  You can usually get a decent deal on contacts.  I recently got new contacts and was able to get a brand that had a rebate on them.  So best of luck to you.

Honestly,

i think you should try on both, because I use both contacts and glasses. Its always nice to have an extra pair of glasses just in case you dont feel like putting your contacts in. But if you really want to make your eyes pop get contacts and put mascara and a little eyeliner on. that should do the trick. :]

if you're lucky enough to find frames that are totally you.. go for glasses! =) some are really cute and can add character.. plus you dont have to spend time putting on contacts everyday and taking them out at night.. (but once you get used to it.. it's really fast)

but.. if you can afford it.. why not have both? you can use daily disposable contacts instead! =) so that will come in handy when you wanna show off your eyes ~

Well i would try on some frames and see if i thought that might give me an idea and if you dont think ya look cool enough then go for contacts.Either way is a winner youll be able to see lol
