GMC K1500)) Fuel Pump?

Question

I have a 1996 k1500 305 c.i. fuel pump will run on direct current from battery and ground but won't run in tank, fuel relay is in good working order....please help it's a work truck. at one point it would start if primed at the tbi and then would run beautiful.

Have the pressure checked. If priming it gets it to run but just cranks if you don't the pump is weak. replace it. Check the fuel pump fuse.
