Question:

GNC Pro Performance® Weight Gainer?

so im thinking of taking it.... I skate and do running, and they both burn a lot more calories than i take in... i take in about 2500 a day. but i burn most of it skating and running....Im 13(and 3/4 =P), 5'5" and 115 lbs.

is it right for me?

Weight gainer is actually not really appropriate for most people.  The only people that really benifit from it are elite athletes and competitive bodybuilders/powerlifters who truly struggle to get the calories they need from whole foods (often well above 6000 cals/day).  Most recreational athletes, even bodybuilders, typically need less than 4500 cals/day even during gaining phases, and most of that can easily be attained through diet.

    The problem with weight gainers is that they pack so many calories into servings, even partial servings, that much of that will get converted to bodyfat or simply excreted.  You'd be much better off saving your money and increasing caloric intake from healthy, whole food sources and perhaps getting a quality blended protein powder and perhaps a carb supplement like maltodextrin or dextrin to go with it.
