i'm a little guy tryin to just get a little biggeri weigh 127 i wrestle i'm off for the summer i already work out some but how much will it help. idk a lot about protein stuff i just always worked out and stayed at the same weight but how will this stuff effect me. my only concern is the regular junk i always hear. like it will give me a lot of acne it will shrink my "you know what" and what hangs bellow them. will i get addicted. will i even gain a lot of muscle or just water weight. when i stop will i loose muscle really fast. and how good and how bad is it for me. and what is whey protein compared to other proteins. i don't want the water weight i like to look cut like i already am. i'm just really looking for more muscle mass. so if whey protein is not the way tell me or if it is tell me how good. so shoot me like a website that has like charts and real information about all this stuff. or tell me just what u know about it please. i'm 18 and i got all sumer to pump up
