if you mean drug cartels no, cartels in Mexico are as strong and as dangerous as the colombian ones, borders now have a fight over the control of the entrance of those drugs to the USA and there is not a single incident betwen colombian cartels and Mexicans.

I´ll hope one day this cartels disapears or run out of business...  but as long there are junkies there will be drug traffic.
