GOLF CLUB CUSTOM FITTING HELP

Question

I am interested in getting a new set of mizuno irons custom fit in person, can I get them fitted after I buy the set at standard everything? Or do I have to go to a mizuno fitting center and have them fit before purchase?

Go to Golf Galaxy you can have free club fitting when buying a new set of clubs.

You can have them fitted after you have brought a standard set. Although if you go to any shop that says they will custom fit, then you can have them fitted when buying them, you just have to wait while they send the results off and that for the fitting.

In the UK, you can go to American Golf who will fit them for you, free of charge i think aswell.

If you go to somewhere like golf smith they'll fit them after the purchase.

Do not buy the irons and then have them fit. I say this because fee's apply and that could possible void your warrany.

Any golf shop can fit you as long as the guy is well trained.

Look for a lenght check compared to the mizuno specs. Have the lie checked. **Get the lenght loft&lie checked when they come in. There are many occasions when the specs are off.**

Mizuno has a few demo days and free fittings. Check with your local store.

For loft / lie angle and length you can have them do that after you purchased.  

Unfortunately to get the full benefit of a custom fit, the type of shaft and clubhead play a big part in your ball flight and consistency.  This would of helped prior to purchasing.

You can always get a true custom fit and replace your shafts, but that ends up costing a lot of money.
