GOOD VISION OR BAD VISION?

I have a copy of my medical report that was done in June (08) and under VISION, this is wat the Dr stated: cranial nerves axis II: vision grossly intact". Can some1 please translate this for me?

    intact = all there, not harmed, good

    cranial nerves axis II = the nerves in your brain, on axis 2.... (your eyeball)

    vision grossly intact = your vision is greatly intact... your vision is still attached?

    when you read this screen, is it blurry?
