Out of all the signs, which do you think has the MOST potential to be mean, and simply cold-hearted. And which sign has the MOST potential to be kind and good-hearted.

Well if by evil and mean you mean cruel and merciless[lol], I would have to give it to Scorpio, runner up Aquarius.

And I'd say Pieces for kind and good-hearted. They may be dreamy and unrealistic sometimes, but I think they mean well. Sag for runner up.

I think that it depends where in your chart you have certain aspects. But i think scorpio are big on revenge and aries forget how others may feel.

I think pisceans are very sensitve and care about others, and a cancer i know it aswell. but not all cancers are like this. Librans are also very fair

Well all of the signs both have a tendacy to be good and evil depending on the planets,aspects,fixed stars yada yada.But I think that a very badly inflicted planet in scorpio and aries spells danger.

Good hearted? It would be the oppisite.If the planet was highly supported than any of the signs can express their more positive traits.I think that the most good hearted would be Sagg. and pisces and libra.

Aquarius to me are both mean and cold hearted(speaking from experience)

Good-heart I'll say Scorpios, because I am Scorpio and I'm giver....If someone need something badly and I could help them out with it.....I would not even think about it ; I'll just do it.

History teaches us that all signs can be either good or evil, or both. Astrology teaches the same principle.

If you are asking who in our own experience has the most potential to be either good or evil, my answer is still the same as the first paragraph. I've never experienced any one sign which was incredibly good or terribly evil.

I have met some persons with combinations of hard aspects to Mercury however, and if I actually knew that someone with those particular aspects was walking down the street with me, I would go walk down the other side.

all of them! they are all equally likely to be evil or good. HOW they go about being evil depends on the sign though. the EVIL people of each sign would more than likely act differently upon their hate filled hearts:

capricorn: cold hearted miser or hermit like scroog

taurus: physically aggressive and greedy

virgo: overly critical and analytical and verbally abusive

cancer: a walking guilt trip ready to unleash on everyone

pisces: a trouble maker ready to drag you down with them

scorpio: a silent killer/stalker who holds secrets to the grave

aries: rude, selfish, greedy, pushy, manipulates everyone

leo: will live to put others down and spread rumors

sag: will use others for their needs and then abandon them

libra: two faced, bold and passive aggressive

gemini: spreads rumors and stirs up chaos between others

aquarius: irrisponsible, and bossy, pushy at work

each sign has its share of negative sides, but each one is different in how they relay those negative traits onto others and be 'evil'.
