GORMOGON or GORMAGON.. on bones?

ok what season did the gormagon start?!?!? and what episodes?!?!? i have season 1 and 2 on dvd and i cant find them any where i swear im going nuts b/c i thought this had been an on going thing, i just started watching it this season!

It's Gormogon, and I don't believe he came into the series until Season 3, which is why you may not be able to find mention of him.

It was Gormogon.  It came in the 3rd season.  You should watch re-runs of season 3 you'll really love it.
