GPA Question?is it high enough

Question

My Freshmen year went pretty bad and i ended up with pretty much all p/a's ( wasn't there enough to get a grade) I moved so i was suppose to go to a new school but i never went. so i ended that year with like a 0.2 gpa.pretty bad i know. Sophmore i showed up and tried to bring it up the best i could and I ended up with a like 1.0 GPA Junior year I ended with a 1.9 gpa and i am heading into my senior year and i wanna know if its possible for me to get into a good college or something.
