GPA for ROTC????????

when you graduate rotc and college, do you need to have a certain gpa to actually be commisioned, and also is there anyway you can fail rotc not become commisioned and be enlisted instead when you finish???

  1. For AFROTC, you must have a 2.0 or higher to be in good standing and you can't commission if you are not in good standing.

    If a contacted cadet does not finish the program (say academic failure), then that person could be ordered to active duty or recoupment (pay the money back).  If the person does not finish the program due to certain crimes, then they will be ordered to pay the money back, the AF won't let them in due to character issues.
