*  official high school and college transcripts

* one Instructor Evaluation--recommendation from a professor/instructor who can attest to your intellectual and personal promise

* a College Official's Report

* the Required Midterm Report

* SAT or ACT scores if you have taken these standardized tests previously and would like them to be considered with your application.

* international students, for who English is not the first language: TOEFL or IELTS

Average GPA requirement of a freshman in Cornell university is 3.75-4.0.
