GPO setting or something else?

Hey guys,

I was trying to set the background image for one of my computers on my server, and the desktop tab is there, but i cannot click or move, or change any of the background Images, I checked the GPO and the settings are not blocking users from changing there background images or having desktop tab hidden it's just like grays it out any advice, would help thanks.

It can only be GPO or user restrictions

Are you running server with Active directory, Check the account settings fro th client computer, as well as check admin tools> Domain users and computers

If its a case of GPO, login with admin: right click on My Computers> Manage> Local users and Groups>check the user setting.
