GPS Navigation?

I'm looking for a good GPS navigation for my car. I am really bad at directions. So I want one that you can just say the street or whatever and it'll show you directions. Also, I want one that like if you accidently make a wrong turn it'll tell you an alternate direction or something. please help.

Get a TomTom brand, they're great! I have no direction sense and make wrong turns every now and again and I' love mine! Make sure it says Text-to-Speech on the box if you want it to say the street name for you as well.
