GPS for my car that will report it's own location?

My window was broken out in my car and my GPS was stolen along with everything else im looking to buy a new one. Is there one that will report it's own location. Id like to log on to the internet and track the units location. I know they sell vehical tracking systems but isint there a GPS with one built in?
