GPS for phone, on phone to locate phone...

Question

My phone fell off the back of my care on 6/27/08 and the person who has it won't return it. It has pictures of my now deceased horse on it. Is there anyway to track this phone or download info from it even though I dont have it. I just ordered the USB cable to hook the phone up to my computer and now I dont have the phone
