GPS not show main menu and map

Hello.I have a problem with my GPS sisteminVion GPS-3V103-IIT. Two week ago I dealadres and screen show me some error in program.I restart program but after that screen show onliMP-3,MP-4 program.What i need to do to fix thisproblem???? Thanks.
