GPS with chinese language?

I just need to know some GPS systems that support chinese, as in the spoken language for directions is in chinese ( cantonese preferably). I know that certain TomTom and Garmin GPS systems have chinese, but I need to know specific models. I appreciate all the models that you can find...

I own the TomTom GPS XL and it supports many language.  It supports English, Spanish, German, French, Russian, Japanese, Chinese, and you can download more languages for free.  The best GPS I have owned by far and I highly recommend it.
