GRR!! How many aces are there in a 52 standard playing cards?

I do not know how my Math teacher expects me to figure this out, since there is nothing about it in the lesson. How many aces are there in a standard deck of cards [with 52 cards]? How many cards are red? PLEASE HELP! Thanks!

  1. 52 cards.

    4 of each card. There are 4 aces.

    Half the deck is red and half is black... so 26 red cards and 26 black cards.

    also there are 4 suits of each of the 13 cards.

    The easiest way to figure this out was to get a deck of cards and check it out.
