  1. School starts again in one weeks time for pupils, but staff are there from this Monday on to assist with pupils in situations like this.

You can ask for a remark and you exam paper will be marked again by an independent marker, and if it is a fail paper you will be given a break down report as to how they came to this conclusion.

Obviously (GCSE) you are in the UK. I would be interested to know the final outcome.

I do hope you got 5 C's or better.

    Good Luck :)

  2. Hmm.

I would suggest trying to get in touch with your school as soon as possible? and explain the situation.

If all else fails and it turns out you have failed, you can always retake it and pass it within the next year if you go to college. ICT (for some reason :P) was the one subject i failed last year at GCSE. But i retook it last year (it only contains one small lot of c/w & one stupidly easy exam) and i passed beginning of this year. :)

    Hope this helps. :D

  3. firstly, if you failed itd say that. also, the results you have are just statements of results and are not official, which means you have plenty of time to sort it. it happened to my friend with biology but it turned out just to be an admin mistake. id just wait till school re starts, there should be an exam co ordinator. if not, you could try contacting the exam board that you did the exam with, youll need the centre number for your school. they may be able to help you. i really doubt its your schools fault. as they have little to do with the results.

  4. most people don't have their GCSE results for ICT i haven't got mine that's why i didn't get in to college today i was fuming like mad and my family are calling e a failure just call your school and ask for your ICT result

  5. You'll have to wait until the school goes back, and then go in and ask.

If your course was DIDA or CIDA the results came out too late to be printed for Results Day and you had to ask your teacher on the day to go on to the website for you.
