GTA 4 Question?

im using a cop car and i go to the most wanted menu. i find the guy i want to kill and i locate him. i found him and shoot at him but as soon as i do that i become a bad guy. how do i shoot from a cop car without getting into trouble.

P.S am i able to pimp cars. if able how do you pimp cars

do a drive by

i mean just look to the left or right and shoot

u will fire if u have a sub machine gun

well i do not know abt gta 4

bt this worked in both vice city and san andreas

so it may work there too
