I doubt it will run at all.  

You have a single-core processor (I'm willing to bet this is what stops your comp from allowing it to run)

Only 1GB RAM

And a weaker graphics card from 3 generations ago that will probably be at the minimum system requirement

The old-school processor is going to be what holds you up, trust me.

I guess on all low settings. Your PROC is decent but please, o please upgrade to the 8800gt. its 100 bucks on new egg and i run crysis on high and very high with it. or the HD4870's are very very nice.

Yes, but you may have to play on low-medium settings because all your memory will be used. Your best bet will be to get another Gig of Ram and you will be able to play the game no problem, with high settings. You already have a good graphics card, no worries there.
