GTA San Andreas PC Help?

I just finished the mission, the Up, Up, and Away, (from the heist missions), and now i can't find where to do the last mission for the heist. Do i have to have more progress done to access that missions?

The last mission of the heist is the "Breaking the Bank at Caligula's" mission.

In order to make this mission available, you have to get Millie's keycard (from the mission "Key to Her Heart"). To get the keycard, you'll have to wine and dine her until you have 35% progress with her. If your not upto wining and dining her, you can kill her during your date with her, and then enter her house and take her keycard.

Now you can continue with the storyline and break the bank at Caligula's!
