GTA San Andreas Tow truck?

Question

I have no idea on how to work the tow truck (how to drop/raise hook and hook a car so i could tow it) how do you?

I have the PC Edition so i cant use Analog Sticks

use the analog stick

Go to vehicle controls and re-program the special control up, special control down, special control left, and special control right. The special control up and down, should control the hook.
